Project:  Bathroom Remodel 10 ft x 5 ft
Description:  This bathroom was the client's guest bathroom at the basement level.  Because of the concrete foundation, this bathroom was cold during the winter.  The client requested a heated floor element.  To be environmentally conscious, the client re-used her vanity by painting it dark brown to coordinate with other elements in the room.  A medium taupe-red tile was used in the shower with a taupe listello.  A darker taupe-brown tile was used on the floor.  The tile was grouted with an epoxy grout which repels stains and mildew.  A storage cabinet replaces a wire shelving system which allows for clutter-free storage.

Installation:
  • Electric radiant floor heating installation
  • 12 inch floor tile, 4 inch wall tile
  • Copper Vessel sink and faucet
  • Dry Rot framing repair in shower
  • Frameless shower door

Project:  Superficial Bathroom Remodel

Big style came with a small price tag while updating this tiny guest bathroom.  The walls were painted a light gray-blue color.  The particle board vanity was replaced with an oak vanity and a niche was added to utilize wasted space adjacent to the toilet.  A polished marble tile countertop and tumbled stone backsplash add a mix of old world and contemporary to keep this bathroom up-to-date for many years to come
